Surajkund Mela 2014 - Crafts & Colors

You can run, you can hide but you can’t escape the colors in Surajkund Mela. From grand decoration throughout the geography of the fair, to colorful dresses of the performers, to the handicraft stalls, to the pink color of cotton candy to tons of other things screaming color! If you love shopping, you will love coming to the fair again and again. An interesting fact that I came across during the fair is that many of the craftsmen who were invited over there were state-level and national award winners in their own fields.

The hustle bustle and variety of people coming from all age groups and all walks of life make a great hunting ground for shutterbugs. To experience the energy of the place you really have to be there. Here's a small tribute to the grand crafts mela called Surajkund.
